What to expect:
This Slack channel will be your primary resource for all Week 1 new hire information. After a short welcome message from our CEO Marvin, we will share a Zoom link to transition you into your Orientation Session.

Day 3 - how is it going?! If you have any questions, thoughts, suggestions please do not hesitate to reach out to your buddy or your people leader. Not sure who to contact? Below is a quick cheatsheet.

Buddy: Ask them questions about where to find / how to use company-wide resources & documents, day to day connection, "water-cooler" talk
Leader: Ask them questions about your role, day to day responsibilities, current team projects, upcoming meetings
People team: Questions about your interactions with buddy or leader, payroll, benefits, systems access

Please use this time to...

1. Continue working through your new hire checklist post on the #newhire Slack channel
2. Finish Hubspot training
3. Complete action items from your Product Demo session
4. Complete action items from your Schedmin
5. Review your 30-60-90 Day template and be ready to review with your leader by end of this week

Day 3 - how is it going?! We hope you are enjoying your new hire journey so far. Our goal is to make your first week a smooth transition into Sched. We don’t want you to feel overwhelmed, but we’re eager to get you integrated and up to speed!

Please take this time to focus on the following:

1. Completing your new hire checklist on the #newhire Slack channel
2. Complete Hubspot training
3. Completing action items from Product Demo
4. Completing action items from Schedim training
5. Reviewing 30-60-90 Day Ramp Up and being prepared tor review with your leader on Day 1
6. Make sure you have all your required systems access, are all your profiles set-up properly?
