1. Welcome and Introductions (10 minutes)
  • Quick introductions: Share a bit about yourselves and your backgrounds.
  • Values Focus. Leader discusses how they live the values at the Sched and shares the expectations they have for their team members.
2. Team Overview and EOS (10 minutes)
  • Introduction to the team structure and key, cross departmental relationships.
  • Discuss EOS and how their team and their role aligns with the Quarterly Rocks. 
3. 30-60-90 Day Ramp Up Plan (15 minutes)
  • Detailed discussion of the new hire’s role, key responsibilities, and initial projects.
  • Leader presents the 30-60-90 Day Ramp Up Plan.
6. Q&A and Open Discussion (10 minutes)
  • Open floor for the new hire to ask any questions.
  • Discuss any immediate concerns or topics of interest.
7. Wrap-Up and Next Steps (5 minutes)
  • Summary of key points discussed.
  • Outline of immediate next steps and follow-up actions.
  • Schedule the next check-in meeting and your regular 1:1s.
